A life on the humanist frontline: celebrating the contribution of Denis Cobell
From Speakers’ Corner to President of the National Secular Society, Denis Cobell has been a leading humanist figure since the 1960s. Writer, editor, speaker, ceremonies officiant and chaplain, Denis’s contributions are myriad.
On Thursday 16 October we celebrate his 40 years as Honorary Secretary of the South East London Humanist Group (SELHuG). Come and hear him speak about life on the frontline and join the party. There will be cake.
