If the weather is fine, we’ll walk across to the Thames Path and follow it up river past Southwark Cathedral, the Golden Hinde, along Clink Street, then past the Globe Theatre and Tate Modern to the South Bank Centre. Here those who wish to finish can proceed to Waterloo Station while the rest of us will return to London Bridge and have lunch together at one of the cafés in Borough Market.
Alternatively, if the weather is not fine, we’ll go straight to explore Borough Market and have lunch there as above.
