Most humanists believe it is important in our pluralistic society to be understanding of other religious beliefs and traditions. To find ways of reaching across divisions and different ideologies where possible, to find common ground in our shared humanity.
We have been invited to join in with the Southwark interfaith walk and we hope some of you will want to join us. Come along and meet some of your other-faith neighbours! SELHuG member and Humanist Celebrant Trevor Moore will be speaking at one of the stops.
The walk starts at the Community Outreach Ministries and there are a number of stops before concluding with barbecue at New Peckham Mosque. You can join the walk at any point along the way. For full details of all the stops and timings please look here: Southwark Interfaith Walk 2018.
