Great picnic in Greenwich Park on Sunday 22nd August
It felt sooo good to be back with people, our first ‘in person’ gathering since the start of the pandemic. Despite a showery start which saw us scurrying for the shelter of a vast oak tree, the sun came out and we got stuck into a million and one conversations with friends old and new.
Thank you to everyone who shared delicious food and drink – this was the first time SELHuG has held a picnic for many a year and we kept things simple, but it was such fun we plan to make it an annual event with greater coordination re food. Here’s to picnics!
