2019 AGM minutes

SELHuG held a lively AGM looking back at a year filled with talks, discussion, social outings, interfaith activities and BBC demos. The officers and committee remain unchanged, but members and supporters are reminded that we are looking for a new Chair and Treasurer to take over next year – positions held for up to three years.

SELHuG is a community group, open to anyone interested in non-religious beliefs and world views. Our discussions range from philosophy and ethics to current affairs, science and social justice issues. We aim to be useful in our community by providing humanist ceremonies and pastoral care; speaking in schools; sharing in interfaith events; campaigning for human rights and inclusive public life; offering social activities and organising public meetings. Please do join us or get in touch with our Secretary Tony Brewer at selhuginfo@gmail.com if you would like to know more.
