Dr Elke Schwarz is a Lecturer in Political Theory at Queen Mary University London. Her research focuses on the intersection of ethics of war and ethics of technology with an emphasis on the ethics of unmanned and autonomous / intelligent military technologies. She is the author of Death Machines : The Ethics of Violent Technologies (Manchester University Press)
Dr Schwarz will talk about Death Machines: Artificial Intelligence and the Ethics of Autonomous Weapons.
