Our Annual General Meeting is a chance for us to review and celebrate the year, for members to receive reports from Officers and for elections to the committee to take place. We also welcome suggestions to be put forward about the direction of the group generally or more specific ideas about topics for meetings or other things we could visit or get involved with (although we are open to suggestions at any time!).

We plan to have formal business dealt with fairly quickly and then to have some social time afterwards, mingling and chatting.
Please bring along a little drink or food to share, if you are able.
