Our brunch on Sunday 17th June was a delightful event. We had a number of new faces in attendance and we enjoyed introductions, finding out how people got involved in Humanism and what everyone did for work/interests and in the community. Other conversation items and, in particular, some political discussion got everyone very engaged!
Canvas and Cream were very busy so the food was slow to arrive, but the company was excellent so – despite some mild grumbling – no one minded too much and we quite happily spent an interesting and relaxing couple of hours together.
