A small group of us gathered on the morning of the 18th February for another gentle Sunday morning brunch. A chance to relax, enjoy some food and conversation. These brunches are valuable for the chance see each other outside the confines of the monthly meetings – to chat to fellow humanists in a relaxed way and build a sense of a wider Humanist community.
Birdie Num Nums cafe in New Cross proved a good venue; the food was tasty and there was a relaxed, slightly student-y vibe to the place (appropriate considering its location opposite Goldsmiths College).
We do hope that more of you will be interested in coming along to future brunches, especially if you enjoy the discussion parts of our regular monthly meetings and wish to chat more to your fellow Humanists about Life, the Universe and Everything! Please look out for details of our next Sunday brunch, to be held in April.
