When: Wednesday 13th September, 2:30 – 4:30 pm

From Ken MacGowen, Chair of Bromley Humanist Group:
We agreed at the last AGM that we would hold the next AGM earlier in the year to avoid the problems of the cancelation of this important meeting due to bad weather.
We also agreed at the last meeting that we would try to hold a series of Zoom evening meetings during the winter months followed by face-to-face evening meetings starting in April. We decided this in an attempt to increase the membership, particularly of those who are younger. I am afraid that these meetings failed to materialise. However, I have now had a talk with HUK and I am hopeful that the agreed series of Zoom and evening meetings will happen from December this year, I will introduce a proposal that we once again try to hold such a series of meetings.
No BHG AGM would be complete without an election for Officers of the Group. I will be grateful, therefore, if you will let me have your nominations for Chair, Secretary and Treasurer of BHG, by the 10th September.
