Nunhead Cemetery Open Day is a wonderful community event which attracts thousands of people from across London. Many local groups are represented alongside lots of different activities and things of interest for all the family.
SELHuG has a stall there every year, selling second-hand books, chatting to passers-by and introducing/explaining Humanism to interested locals. Please come and talk to group members and find out about all the things humanists do in southeast London and what humanism is, along with enjoying the many other stalls and activities on offer.
If you are interested in helping out please let us know at the next monthly meeting or by contacting us online. If you have any books to donate, please bring them along to one of our meetings or direct to our stall on the day.
